Our mission is to improve the lives of our patients by providing quality and timely emergent and non-emergent medical transportation services with empathy and care. We strive to create an environment that empowers our employees to deliver the best possible care to our patients and providers.

Community
We do our part every day to ensure the health and safety in the communities we serve. You see us respond to emergencies or provide urgent medical transportation, but we also promote community health through our involvement in numerous ventures that reach beyond the confines of city streets, highways and backroads.
Our community involvement improves health awareness so that every generation knows how to be proactive with their health choices. We achieve as much through our relationships as well as events and outreach. In addition to charitable giving, ATS Medical Services and Priority One can be seen providing safety tips at community events, providing children with ambulance tours, and visiting schools for career day.
We further promote health and safety by partnering with special events to provide standby support at sporting events and festivals, and set an example for others by deploying professionals and supplies to disaster areas following an earthquake or hurricane. We hope to set an example for the community that encourages generosity and empowers individuals to maximize their personal health.
We also urge EMS students to complete their field internship requirements with us and take full advantage of the educators on our staff who have experience teaching CPR, ACLS, PALS, ITLS, PHTLS, ICS and EVOC courses.
